No charge until you confirm. We'll sort out anything else by email.

Before you confirm — no charge, no print

We save your card at the start so the deck can draw, but we don't charge it. You can walk away at any point in the funnel up until you click Confirm on the final page — nothing has moved, no card to refund. Close the browser and the in-progress deck just lapses.

After you confirm — production has started

The moment you click Confirm, we charge your card and send the deck to print. From that point we can't refund the order in the usual sense, because the physical deck is being made for you specifically.

What we can still help with: small address tweaks if we catch them in time, tracking updates, and the cases below.

If something's not right with your deck

Get in touch and we'll sort it out. Email hello@getfano.com with your order number (in the confirmation email) and a photo or two showing what's up. We'll come back to you with the next step — usually a replacement, sometimes a refund.

If you can't find your deck

If tracking has stopped moving for a while, or it shows delivered but the deck isn't where you'd expect it, email us with the tracking number. We'll chase it with the carrier and figure out the right way forward.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under California consumer protection law or any other applicable consumer law. If something's unclear, ask us — we'd rather sort it out by email than have you wonder.
