FANO is run by a small operator. Every email lands in front of someone who can actually help.
We aim to reply within two business days (Pacific Time, Monday–Friday). Most messages get answered same-day.
What to write about
- Order help. Status, address changes, tracking lookups. Include your order slug if you have it (it's in the confirmation email).
- Refunds and replacements. See the refund policy for what we cover and what we need from you.
- Privacy requests. Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Ask. See the privacy policy.
- Anything else. Press, partnerships, bulk orders, ideas, complaints, weird theme requests. We read everything.
Mailing address
FANO doesn't maintain a public mailing address. We're reachable by email for all customer matters; for legal correspondence, ask via email and we'll provide an address.
Hours and response time
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Pacific Time. We're not a 24/7 operation. Weekend emails get answered first thing Monday. If your order needs an urgent change (e.g. wrong shipping address) put the word URGENT in the subject line.
